20/side Jerk Drills w/ PVC
Then:
2x burgener warm-up (clean focus)
Strength (Deload Day 4)-
Clean & Jerk : 1×5 @ 40%, 1×5 @ 50%, 1×5 @ 60%
Then:
3×10 Double KB or DB Cluster (2×53/35)
WOD-
30 Double Unders
15 Prison Jump Squats (jumping AS w/ fingers behind head)
10 Toes 2 Bar
5 RFT
