Warm Up-

500 Meter Row, 10 Spiderman and Reach, each leg

400 Meter Row, 8 Strict Pull-Ups

300 Meter Row, 6 Walkouts with Push Ups

 

Strength-

Every 2 Minutes for 6 Sets:

Bench Press x 4 Reps

*Start at 70% of heavy 5 Reps from 4/5/17.  Goal is to finish heavier by final Set!

 

WOD-

In teams of 2:

250/200m Row

10 Dead Lifts 155/105

10 Push Press 155/105

5 RFT

*Partner 1 completes entire Round before Partner begins, & then they complete entire Round.  Follow this until both have complete 5 Rounds
