100 Cal Row, 100 Dead Lifts 135/85, 155/105

75 Cal Row, 75 Hang Power Cleans

50 Cal Row, 50 Push Jerks

25 Cal Row, 25 Synchronized Bar Facing Burpees

For Time

*For Burpees: 1 Partner starts on one side of Barbell while other partner is on other side of Barbell.  Both do Burpee at same time, & jump over Barbell at same time.
