Strength-
Every 2min, for 16min:
1 Clean Pull + 1 Hang Clean + 1 Full Clean
*Start at moderate weight, and finish with heavy set for the day.
WOD-
10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 reps:
Squat Cleans 115/75, Adv= 135/95
*20 Double Unders after each set of Cleans
