Length of Gym (down & back): Lunges, Broad Jumps, Bear Crawls, Crabwalks, Shuffle w. Squat, etc.
Strength-
Every 90 sec for 12min:
Power Clean x 2 (rest 5-10sec between reps)
*Build across sets, finishing with heavy double
WOD-
5 RFT
30 Double Unders
15 KB Swings 53/35
15 Power Cleans 115/75
