Thursday: 9, & 10am.
Friday: Closed.
Saturday, & Sunday: Normal Hours

5-10 Strict Toes 2 Bar

 

Strength-

Every 3 Minutes for 15 Minutes (5 sets):

3 Bench Press AHAP

Rest 30 Seconds

10 Ring Dips, or 5 Weighted Ring Dips (AHAP)
