Warm Up-

1 Lap + 2″ KB Swings 44/26

2 RNFT:

5 Clean Dead Lifts + 5 Hang Power Cleans

:30 Front Rack Mobility of Choice

10 Barbell Thrusters

:30/leg Dynamic Swings

 

Strength-

Starting with empty Barbell, take 10 Minutes to find 1 RM Power Clean (Should just be a daily max).  Then:

Every 30 Seconds for 10 Sets: 2 Power Cleans @ 70% of above

 

WOD-

7″ AMRAP:

7 Hang Power Cleans 95/65

7 Thrusters

7 Lateral Burpee Over Barbell
