In Teams of 3:
5 Dead Lifts 275/185, 315/205
10 Bar Facing Burpees
15 Wall Balls 20/14
25 Minute AMRAP
*One Partner does a complete Round, 2nd Partner Rests, 3rd Partner Rows for Cals. Once 1st Partner completes Round, everyone rotates. Partner that is resting then starts Round, Partner that is rowing rests, & 1st Partner goes on rower after completing Round. Continue this for thentire AMRAP.
*Score= Total # of Rounds completed, plus total Cals
