10 Split Jerks w/ Barbell
:30/Side Scorpion Stretch
Skill-
1 x Burgener Warm Up w/ Clean Focus
Strength-
*Every 90 Seconds for 9 Minutes (6 Sets):
1 Hang Clean + 1 Clean & Jerk @ 80% (Drop bar in between cleans)
Then:
3 x 5 Jerk Drives @ 85% Jerk Max
