:30 Handstand Hold

 

Strength-

Bench Press:

5 Sets x 2 Reps @ 90+%

Then:

1 Set Max Effort @ 80%

Rest 2″ Between Sets

 

WOD-

21 Box Jumps 24/20

18 Push Press 115/75

15 Toes 2 Bar

12 Burpees
