:30/ leg Wall Stretch
Strength-
Squat Cycle Day 2, Week 1:
10 Back Squats + 5 Front Squats
3 Sets
60-65% of Front Squat Max
*Rerack Bar after Back Squats & immediatly go into Front Squats. Rest as needed between Sets

10 OH Lunges w Plate 45/25
15 Burpee to Plate
