5 Barbell Power Clean + Clean Grip PSnatch
:45 hollow L-Sit from Pull Up Bar

 

Strength-

Front Squat 6 x 2 @ 24×1 Tempo 80%

Then:

3 x 8 Alt. Barbell Low Box Step Ups @ 50%

 

WOD-

20 Power Snatches 95/65, 115/75

20 Power Cleans

20 Front Squats

20 Back Squats

20 Dead Lifts
