EMOTM for 12 Minutes:

Odd: 5 Dead Lifts AHAP (start heavy, & you may increase across)

Even: 200m Run

EMOTM for 12 Minutes:

Odd: 10 Kipping HSPU’s

Even: 15 Wall Balls (ADV= 20) 20/14
