:45 Split Jerk Footwork (no bar)

10 Strict Toes 2 Bar

:45 Row

 

Strength-

2 x Push Jerks 80-85%

10 x Double Alt KB Split Jerks (AHAP)

*Each new set begins every 2:30, you have 2:00 to complete the work and a bonus :30 of rest.

 

WOD-

In Teams of 2:

15″ AMRAP

2 Cal Row – 2 Toes 2 Bar

4 Cal Row – 4 Toes 2 Bar

6 Cal Row – 6 Toes 2 Bar

etc…..
