Warm Up-

3″ Air Squats

2 RNFT:

10 Barbell Kang Squats (Good Morning + Back Squat)

:45 Med Ball Wall Sit

10 Barbell Front Rack Lunges

:30/Leg Pigeon Stretch

 

Strength-

Back Squat: 3 x 10

*Increase Weight each set

**Rest as needed between Sets

 

WOD-

EMOTM for 15 Minutes (5 Total Sets):

1st- 30 Double Unders

2nd- 10 Burpees

3rd- 12 Double KB Reverse Lunges 53/35 ADV= 70/44 (Hold KB’s by your side like suitcase hold)
