Then:
:30 Handstand Hold, or 20 Shoulder Touches
:30 Roll to Candlestick, or Hollow Rocks
:30 Pull Up Bar Hang

WOD (Endurance)-
With a Running Clock:
:00 – 5:00: 800m Run
5:00-10:00: 50 Burpees
10:00-15:00: 30 Strict Pull Ups
15:00-20:00: 50 Box Jump Overs
20:00-25:00: 30 Handstand Push Ups (modify as necessary)
25:00: 800m Run
*Record times for each movement
