Strength-

Every 90 seconds for 9 Sets:

1st 3 Sets: Power Clean + Mid Hang Clean + Front Squat + Jerk

Next 3 Sets: Low Hang Clean + F Squat +Jerk

Last 3 Sets: Clean & Jerk
