10 Alt Leg Split Jerks

:30 Handstand Hold

10 Overhead + Horizontal Banded Pull Aparts

 

Strength-

Every 90sec for 9min:

2 Split Jerks @ 75-85%

Then:

5 x 3 Bench Press AHAP

*Rest 2″ Between Sets of Bench Press

 

WOD-

6 Handstand Push Ups  (ADV= Strict)

9 KB Swings 53/35 (ADV= 70/44)

12 Box Jumps 24/20″
