-Run Warmer (length of gym): Lunges, Broad Jumps, Straight Leg Kicks, Duck Walks, etc.
-Hip Mobility

Part A:
Run 1 Mile Time Trial
Part B:
Warm Up to 85-90% of 1 RM Back Squat, then:
10min Ping Pong-
Even Minutes: 3 Back Squats 85-90+%
Odd Minutes: 7 Tall Box Jumps (Pick challenging height, but something doable within minute)
