In Teams of 4 where 3 are working & 1 is resting, complete as many reps as possible:
400m Run
Thrusters 95/65
Burpee Box Jumps
30″ AMRAP
*Each person will start at a different movement, & will rotate once person running 400m returns. One person will always rest after the run.
**Count total reps for Thrusters, & Burpee Box Jumps
