Midline-

:30 Plank Hold Push Up Position, Right Arm, Back Plank, Left Arm

Skill-

Burgener Warm Up x 2, then: 5 -7″ Warm Up Snatch

*Work weakness with empty Barbell.  Add light weight if necessary

 

Strength-

5 x 3 Squat Snatches @ 80-85%

Superset with max rep power cleans in 30s @ (135/95), rest 1min

 

WOD-

Bar MU/ C2B Pull Ups
