Midline-

25 Hollow Rock Hold to Superman Hold

 

Strength-

10″ Ping Pong (Even/Odd, Alternating Movements)

3 Back Squats 75-85%

7 Floor Press 65-70% of Bench Max

 

WOD-

Barbell Lunge 95/65 (Barbell held in either front rack, or back rack position)
